Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the relevant contract within 14 days without giving reasons, provided that we have not started to provide services or have not provided services in full.

The withdrawal period ends after 14 days from the 1st day.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us of your willingness to withdraw from the respective contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example: a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You can use the sample opt-out form to do this , but this is not required.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the period of withdrawal or compliance with the condition that we have not begun to provide services or have not provided services in full.

Consequences of withdrawing from the contract:

If you withdraw from the relevant contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs associated with the shipping method you have chosen, which is different from the cheapest standard shipping method we offer) without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day we learn of your decision to withdraw from the contract in this matter. We will make these refunds using the same payment method that you used to pay, unless you have expressly agreed to use a different payment method; in any case, you will not be charged a service charge or any other costs for such refunds.
